- Cancellations within 07 days of the arrival date – 100% of the value of the booking
- Cancellations within 14 days of the arrival date – 50% of the value of the booking
- Cancellations within 21 days of the arrival date – 25%of the value of the booking
- Group bookings, more than 8 rooms, will be liable to pay 50% of the basis booked before 30 days of arrival.

Travel agents that are entitled to credit facilities should make necessary payments within one month of the depature of guests.
